Over the past three years the Lafayette Ice Hockey Team has received several Aaron O. Hoff Award which are   awarded  to those clubs making great strides at Lafayette. These awards include Most  Improved Organization.  Its advisor, Ellen Leslie, has received the Aaron O. Hoff award for Organization Advisor of the Year. The team  has  also been the winner of the Aaron O. Hoff Award  for the Best Athletic Club of the Year.
